We are an independent family-owned business with over 50 years of combined family experience in the real estate investment and property management business. We want to genuinely care for the land, dignify people, honor God, and embrace the gospel invitation of Hebrews 12:15 to "see to it that no one misses the generosity of God."

Real estate is a tangible asset, and we believe it's also an incredible way to make God's love tangible.

Brandon Gerber

Brandon works alongside team members to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded by allocating resources effectively and efficiently. He leads BCG's strategic vision and oversees its implementation as he focuses on providing strong leadership for the company to establish short and long-term goals, budgets, plans, and strategies. Brandon is also an active partner in Tonner Dumpster Services (www.tonnerdumpsters.com) and Tonner Transfer Station (www.tonnertransferstation.com).

Brandon is a graduate of Bethel College with a degree in Business Administration. While at Bethel, he played on the men's basketball team. Upon graduation, he built a financial planning business for six years before transitioning into an active role with BCG Capital, LLC in 2020.

Stacey Duncan

As the Director of Property Management, Stacey brings over 25 years of HR experience to the team. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of BCG's residential and commercial properties and ensuring that everything runs smoothly while serving as the main point of contact for the team.

As part of the maintenance team, Adam is responsible for the general upkeep of properties such as repairs and improvements. He responds to submitted maintenance requests, conducts regular inspections, and also handles routine maintenance to ensure that all systems and properties are operational, and that customers are highly satisfied.

As lead caretaker, Dawn is responsible for leading the caretaker team as they oversee the cleaning and maintenance responsibilities of all areas of the properties including the common areas, vacant apartments, offices, outdoor grounds, and parking lots. She also focuses on general upkeep and the overall appearance of BCG's buildings and associated grounds ensuring long-term value for customers.
